Kishore Mahbubani has dedicated over five decades of his life to public service. In his 33 years as a Singapore diplomat, Kishore took on many challenging assignments. He also served two stints as Singapore’s Ambassador to the UN (1984-1989 and 1998-2004) and held the position of Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from 1994 to 1998.
Kishore had an equally illustrious career in academia. He was the Founding Dean of the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy from August 2004 to December 2017. He has been a prolific author and has published ten books. His ninth book, The Asian 21st Century, is an open access volume which has been downloaded over 4.2 million times. His latest book, a memoir titled Living the Asian Century, was published in August 2024.
Mr. Kong Wan Sing founded our Company – JustCo, in 2011 and is responsible for setting the Group’s strategic direction, driving business growth and overseeing the effective management of the Group’s operations and resources across its markets. He also serves as the primary channel of communication between management and the Board.
Mr. Kong began his career in Sing Long Group in 2001, where he was responsible for project development and sales. He subsequently joined Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd as an Investment Manager in 2007, before leaving and founding the Company in 2011. Mr. Kong was awarded the EY Entrepreneur of the Year (Workspace Solutions) in 2019 by Ernst & Young LLP and the Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Awards (Professional & Business Services) in 2018 by Enterprise Asia. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science from New York University, Stern School of Business with a double major in finance and information systems in 1998.
Terry Tan is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Country Foods Private Limited, and concurrently the Chief Integrated Supply Chain for Food Solutions Group, SATS Ltd. Previously, he was the CEO for Emporion Foods, a Temasek-SATS start-up project.
Before joining SATS Ltd, he served in the Public Service and the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF). He was the SAF’s Commander CSSCOM who was responsible for the Supply Chain and Logistics, Engineering and Maintenance, Transportation and Freight, Medical Services and CSSCOM Training. Concurrently, he led the innovation, sustainability and governance mandates for the Singapore Army. He also supported International/National-level efforts, participated in overseas military exercises and operations, and contributed to national crisis and contingencies. These included Humanitarian and Disaster Relief (HADR) operations, Exercise WALLABY 2010, National Day Parade 2009, State Funeral for the late Mr Lee Kuan Yew in 2015, Trump-Kim Summit in 2018 and Singapore’s fight against COVID-19. He was also instrumental in the strengthening of defence relationships and collaborations with his military counterparts across the world. His other significant appointments included Chief Logistics (Head Joint Logistics Department) and Chief Human Capital (Head Joint Manpower Department) for the SAF and Chief Supply Chain Officer (Chief Supply Officer) for the Singapore Army.
Terry is a Director in Evergreen Sky Catering Corporation, Jilin Zhong Xin Chia Tai Food Co Ltd, SFI Food Pte Ltd and SFI Manufacturing (SFIM) Private Limited. He is also Chairman and Director of SG IPF Pte Ltd and an Advisory Board Member for Australia Agrigate Global.
Terry also sits in the Advisory Council on Community Relations in Defence (ACCORD) and in IMD Alumni Club Singapore Committee. He is also the 1st Vice-Chairman and a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transportation (CILT), Singapore, Board Director of Singapore Christian Home, Advisory Committee Member for School of Engineering (SEG), Republic Polytechnic, and is a Pioneer Fellow of the Singapore Leaders Network (SGLN). In his free time, he volunteers as Guest Speaker/Lecturer at Institutes of Higher Learning to speak on leadership, supply chain and food domains. He continues to serve his National Service in a classified appointment in the SAF.
He previously served as a Board Director at ST Logistics Private Limited, Temasek Defense Systems Institute (TDSI) at NUS and Singapore Armed Forces-Nanyang Technology University Academy (SAF-NTU Academy) at NTU. He also served as Deputy Chairman of Temasek Club and Committee Member at SAFRA Management Committee, Community Chest Committee – National Council of Social Service (NCSS) and MINDEF/SAF Talent Management Committee. He was also the Chairman for Audit Committee and Member at Board of Governors for MINDEF-Related Organizations (MROs).

Dr. Bai serves as an Investment Committee Member of Three Gorges Green Fund. Dr. Bai holds a BSc and an MSc in Modern Physics from the University of Science and Technology of China, a degree certificate in the Financial Technology Option from MIT’s Sloan School of Management, and a Ph. D. in Physics from MIT.

Founded in 2018, Bot MD began as an AI clinical assistant supporting doctors at the point
of care. Today, the company has evolved into an AI-powered Patient Engagement platform

models. She began her career at the Singapore Economic Development Board in the
Biomedical Sciences Cluster before joining Medtronic as Senior Manager of Business

Dorothea graduated summa cum laude from Northwestern University with a B.S. in
Biomedical Engineering and Economics, and earned her M.S. in Bioengineering from
Stanford University. She is an alumna of the Stanford Byers Biodesign Innovation Program
and holds 10 published and pending patents.
Professor Annie Koh is Professor Emeritus of Finance (Practice) at Lee Kong Chian School of Business, Singapore Management University (SMU). She is a renowned conference speaker, panel moderator and commentator. She chaired the Asian Bond Fund 2 supervisory committee for the Monetary Authority of Singapore from 2005 – 2023 and is currently a board member of Singapore Food Agency.
Professor Koh is currently an independent director of AMTD IDEA Group, JustCo Holdings Ltd, Mewah International Limited, Prudential Assurance Company Singapore Pte Ltd and Yoma Strategic Holdings Ltd. She serves as board member on non-profit organisations World Wide Fund for Nature (Singapore) and EtonHouse Community Fund. Additionally, she has been appointed as an Advisory Council member of the Center for Sustainable Finance & Private Wealth, and an Advisor for YouthTechSG. Previous boards served on as Independent Director include Prime US REIT from 2019 – 2025, GovTech, Singapore’s CPF, K1 Ventures boards, and was a member of Singapore’s Customs Advisory Council from 2019 – 2025, the World Economic Forum Global Future Council from 2019 – 2022, and the HR Industry Transformation Advisory Panel from 2018 – March 2023.
Professor Koh also advises selected single-family offices and privately owned enterprises such as Flexxon Pte Ltd., HMI Group and TOP International, and startup company Pyxis Maritime Pte Ltd. She has been an investment committee member of iGlobe Partners since July 2010. Previously held leadership positions at SMU before January 2021 include Vice President for Business Development; V3 Group Professor of Family Entrepreneurship; Academic Director of Business Families Institute and International Trading Institute; Associate Dean, Lee Kong Chian School of Business; and Dean, Office of Executive and Professional Education.
Professor Koh received her Ph.D. degree in International Finance as a Fulbright scholar from Stern School of Business, New York University in 1988. Her research interests are in Family Office and Family Business, Investor Behaviour, Alternative Investments and Enterprise Risk Management. She co-authored Financial Management: Theory and Practice, 2nd edition (2021), and Financing Internationalisation – Growth Strategies for Successful Companies (2004), co-editor of Asian Family Business: Succession, Governance and Innovation (2020), and author of a number of Asian family business cases and survey reports. In recognition of her contribution to education and the public sector, she was awarded the bronze and silver Singapore Public Administration medal in 2010 and 2016 respectively, the Adult Education Prism Award in 2017 and the Tripartite Alliance Award in 2023.

Ley Hoon is the Group Chief Corporate Officer at CapitaLand Investment (CLI), overseeing matters related to talent and culture, organisational culture, administration, legal and corporate secretariat, digital and technology, procurement, group communications, and sustainability.
Prior to her current appointment, Ley Hoon was the Chief People and Culture Officer at CLI. She was also the Chief Executive of the Maritime and Port Authority Singapore from January 2019 to September 2022, responsible for the smooth operation of Singapore as a transhipment and bunkering hub.
She has more than 15 years of work experience in the public sector, working in various ministries on economic, environmental and social policies.

Dr. Wilson Chew is the Managing Partner of J.P. Wilson, a Southeast Asia advisory firm focused on helping enterprises grow. Trained in Economics, Finance and Law, he has over 20 years of experience in Enterprise Growth Strategy. He has served more than 200 private clients, led over 140 strategy engagements, 12 public listings and 26 private transactions.
Dr. Chew was formerly a Partner in PwC’s strategy practice. During his tenure, he was one of the lead consultants in the national Scale-up Programme, organised by Enterprise Singapore. The Scale-up Programme supports high-growth local companies to scale and become leaders in their fields on the global stage.
As Klook’s General Manager for Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand, Sarah oversees the travel and leisure platform’s operations, including business development, marketing and e-commerce. In the past few years, Sarah has led her team in tackling the domestic and cross-border tourism market amidst a rapidly changing environment- from kickstarting Klook’s foray into hotels, entertainment and cruises, to innovating and enhancing traditional tourism products to better suit local tastes.

Ms. Rachael Tay is Vice President, InsurTech at Doctor Anywhere, a tech-led healthcare company operating across Southeast Asia. She holds a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from Imperial College London, and began her career in Singapore’s aerospace sector at ST Engineering before pivoting into financial services in 2004 as Director at GYC Financial Advisory.
Rachael led business development at Mercer, before joining CXA Group in 2013 as its first employee. Over five years at the award-winning InsurTech, she led benefits strategy, product, new business and client relations, helping scale the firm past 200 employees and 700 enterprise clients. Tan Sri Andrew Sheng is a former central banker and financial regulator in Asia and a commentator on global finance. He is Pro-Chancellor of Bristol University and Distinguished Fellow, Asia Global Institute, University of Hong Kong, as well as Chairman, George Town Institute of Open and Advanced Studies, Wawasan Open University, Malaysia.
Andrew is the Chief Adviser to the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, a member of the international advisory council of the China Investment Corporation, the China Development Bank, and China Securities Regulatory Commission. He served as Chairman of the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong from 1998 to 2005, having previously been a central banker with the Hong Kong Monetary Authority and Bank Negara Malaysia. He also worked with the World Bank from 1989 to 1993.
As Chief Executive Officer of Wee Hur Capital Pte Ltd, Wee Ping is responsible for the Group’s fund management arm and is currently focusing on executing strategies relating to Purpose Built Student Accommodation in Australia. Mr. Kong Chee Min was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Centurion Corporation Ltd in August 2011 and is responsible for the overall management of the Group’s operations, implementation of business strategies and the long-term growth objectives approved by the Board.

Nilay began his career in recruitment with Michael Page Singapore in 2008, progressing through various roles including Manager of the Financial Services division.

He returned to Singapore in 2016 as Regional Director and was appointed Managing Director in 2018.
