Scaling for Success: Building an Investible Business for Growth

Singapore continues to be the shining star on the global stage. Even in the wake of the recent US reciprocal trade tariffs (“US-RTT”) policy, Singapore’s position remains competitive and strong. The US-RTT policy has unequivocally disrupted strategic plans, especially for companies with the intentions of leveraging Southeast Asia’s position as a favoured manufacturing site. It is imperative that business leaders revisit and review their strategic plans on market potential, growth capacity, ownership, management and governance, and financials.

In this MasterClass, the contents will expound on the post US-RTT definition of investability and what a re-defined framework on investability building entails. The session will also explore how the current business landscape shapes investors’ expectations and business leaders’ urgent need for re-assessment of strategic plans.
