Mr Sam Liew is Chief Executive, Gov+, NCS, leading a dedicated group of practices to build NCS’ digital government portfolio, in Singapore and across Asia Pacific. Jeffrey Lim is the co-Managing Director of Joyce A. Tan & Partners LLC, a law firm, and a solicitor and advocate specialising in intellectual property, data protection, cybersecurity, data governance, and artificial intelligence. He is one of a select group of practitioners named by the Singapore Academy of Law as a Senior Accredited Specialist in Data and Digital Economy, he works with corporations and enterprises of all sizes and stages of maturity and geographical reach. He has particular industry specialisms in healthcare, life sciences, financial services, media, e-commerce, and technology platforms. In these areas and industries, he is often engaged in commercial transactions, regulatory advice / clearances, compliance reviews, and litigation matters He has also advised foreign governments on data protection and security laws.

Tan Sri Andrew Sheng is a former central banker and financial regulator in Asia and a commentator on global finance. He is Pro-Chancellor of Bristol University and Distinguished Fellow, Asia Global Institute, University of Hong Kong, as well as Chairman, George Town Institute of Open and Advanced Studies, Wawasan Open University, Malaysia.
Andrew is the Chief Adviser to the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, a member of the international advisory council of the China Investment Corporation, the China Development Bank, and China Securities Regulatory Commission. He served as Chairman of the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong from 1998 to 2005, having previously been a central banker with the Hong Kong Monetary Authority and Bank Negara Malaysia. He also worked with the World Bank from 1989 to 1993.
As Chief Executive Officer of Wee Hur Capital Pte Ltd, Wee Ping is responsible for the Group’s fund management arm and is currently focusing on executing strategies relating to Purpose Built Student Accommodation in Australia. He is also responsible to actively look for new strategies and managers to seed or partner with to take the business to further horizons.
While remaining as CEO of Wee Hur Capital, Wee Ping was appointed the Chief Investment Officer of the Group on 1 August 2023, a newly minted role which is reflective of the increasing diversity and sophistication of the various businesses and investments the Group has.
As CEO and the key co-founder of Marco Polo Marine Limited Group, Sean is responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operations of MPML, as well as the formulation of the business directions, strategies and polices. With his global perspective and entrepreneurial mindset, Sean is instrumental in initiating and penetrating new markets for both MPML’s shipping and shipyard operations. Ernie is currently the Executive Director (Marketing) of Koda Ltd and the Chairman of Commune Lifestyle Pte Ltd. He has significant experience in international marketing and corporate branding. He is at the helm of the Group’s marketing initiatives, particularly in customer relationship management, client base diversification, trade fairs participation, new product launches and marketing talent recruitment.
