MasterClass V :

Playbook for Digital Transformation Success

This masterclass is designed to support leaders in overcoming the challenges that cause two-thirds of digital transformations to fail by providing them with hard-won insights, best practices, and the often missing model for success. The challenge for leaders is to embed digital transformation into every part of their organization. Our research reveals that leaders are struggling to fully align the organization, create a powerful digital ambition, identify the right digital measures, change the mindset of employees to become truly customer-obsessed and create a more agile culture that encourages experimentation.

In this highly engaging and informative master class, you will discover the most common digital transformation challenges that cause two-thirds of organisations to fail, how to overcome them, and a framework - Ticking Clock© Model to guide your organisation through its transformation journey. Crafting your strategy in a digital world is a top-down-driven initiative. Digital transformation is a bottom-up driven initiative involving, for example, hackathons, customer journeys, and design thinking. As a result, leaders no longer go to meetings to make sure people have done what they asked. Rather, they attend them to find out what is happening and adjust from being the first to speak to the last to speak. It's not about having a digital strategy but a strategy in a digital world.

The strategic question is not “What can digital do for your organization?” It’s “What is your strategy, in a digital world, to meet and exceed your customers’ new necessities?” Discover how to identify your company's positioning and digital ambition by the five steps in the IDCLA© framework.
