Both his practical competencies and influential people skills have been well evidenced in various M&A; transformational and corporate development projects that he has personally undertaken. More recently, he provided end to end leadership in a business transformation and created a new operating model that resulted in an immense improvement in employee satisfaction, as well as top-line business growth. He was also instrumental in conceptualisation & development of a predictive and preventive human capital model that has enabled the identification of talent earlier in their careers and deployment of these talents.

Ang Wee Tiong is a Singaporean computer scientist and software entrepreneur. He is the Founder and CEO of JobTech – the world’s leading artificial intelligence and big labour data analytics product company that empowers leaders to develop people for new work realities, driven by real labour market needs and individuals’ personal aspirations. Wee-Tiong is an avid hacker and one the scientists who developed advanced deep learning models to make computers understand human content, behaviours and automating “mundane” tasks, during his 10-year stint as a researcher at A*STAR’s Institute for Infocomm Research where he spearheaded artificial intelligence research development and translation. Today, he uses his inventions to understand labour market inefficiencies, correlate education and skills to employment outcomes and, to help people learn and future-proof themselves with the help of labour market and education data.

Peter Andrew has a personal ambition to transform work and workplace in Asia. Peter leads the CBRE Workplace Strategy Centre of Excellence function in APAC supporting a team of 120 workplace specialists in twelve countries. Peter is an expert in this field, with more than 25 years’ experience (15 years in Asia). Peter works at c-suite level with corporations to understand their businesses and develop and implement strategies that improve business performance. His passion and expertise lie with understanding the relationships between culture, behaviour, technology, organisational processes and the creation and use of physical environments – in particular places for work, innovation and learning.
