He is currently responsible for the Business and Listing aspect of the DBS Digital Exchange with extensive experience in servicing intermediaries (broker-clients), digital exchanges, high frequency traders and market makers in the electronic trading space. His other experience with the Bank includes dealing with regulators and exchanges across the region and responsible for the ETF business. His previous roles include being a Supervisory Analyst (Research Compliance) and a Project Manager for the implementation of a Trading System and FIX order routing infrastructure.

Patrick CaoPresident , GoTo
Patrick Cao is the President of GoTo, the largest technology group in Indonesia and the “go to” ecosystem for digital daily life. He is responsible for overseeing the finance, corporate development, investor relations and investment activities of GoTo. Previously the President of Tokopedia since 2016, Patrick was responsible for the CFO Office, Financial Technology businesses and global partnerships. Before joining Tokopedia, Patrick was a Principal at Formation 8. In this role, he focused on diversified technology investments in Asia. Prior to Formation 8, Patrick was an Executive Director at UBS Investment Bank, specialising in M&A and capital markets advisory in the TMT, consumer and industrials sectors. Before that, he was a Vice President at Moelis & Company in Hong Kong, where he was engaged in restructuring and corporate finance advisory. Patrick received a B.S. in Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University. He is currently doing his MBA at Tsinghua University.
