Anton RuddenklauPartner, Head of Financial Services & Global Co-Leader, Fintech, KPMG InternationalAnton Ruddenklau has led or advised on over 200 growth projects across Corporates and Financial Institutions and he has extensive experience of assessment and strategy design for emerging business models including embedded finance, marketplace models, ecommerce platforms, market utilities and joint ventures. He co-leads the Global Fintech practice and advise financial institutions, fintech, hyperscales and investors on strategy, growth and client development. He advise clients globally as diverse as Tencent and HSBC, through to Google, Insight Venture Partners and LSE.

Lim Yau BoonPresident & Managing Director, Nextech AR Solutions Asia Pacific Japan
Lim Yau Boon has 30 years experience in strategy, planning, marketing, operation and business management, across multiple industries in the Asia Pacific. He led marketing and strategy in IBM, SAP and Motorola from 2000-2015. He also co-founded several start-ups from 1993-2018, and serves as an adjunct lecturer in Singapore Institute of Management. He speaks and consults on leadership, marketing, business strategy and transformation, innovation and disruption management. Prior to his recent socio-entrepreneural ventures, he was the Vice President, Marketing and Strategy, for SAP Asia Pacific. Currently, Yau Boon is President and Managing Director, Asia Pacific Japan, Nextech AR Solutions and serves as Co-Chair on American Chamber of Commerce Singapore’s Marketing and Communication Committee. He holds an MBA for International Business from Nanyang Technological University. He is an IBM Certified Professional in Marketing from the University of Melbourne and was trained in Design Thinking at Hassa Plattner Institute School of Design Thinking in Germany. Yau Boon’s understanding of business technology, along with his vast experience in business strategy and expertise in driving transformation and innovation, senior management background and entrepreneurial spirit, have placed him in a unique position to help enterprises rethink, reinvent and reposition to be future ready.

Paul DuffyPresident & Chairman of the Board, Nextech AR Solutions
Paul Duffy’s lifelong mission is to create humanising technology. As an award-winning serial entrepreneur and innovator with 27 years of experience successfully starting, expanding, and diversifying technology companies, Paul is a recognised leader in the domains of Mixed Reality technologies, Holographic technologies and Artificial Intelligence. Paul holds multiple patents for Augmented Reality and Holographic Telepresence. In 1992 Paul co-founded Corporate Communications Interactive (CCI) in Canada that grew to one of the largest online learning and interactive communication companies in North America. CCI pioneered and sold several technology ‘firsts’ in digital media to many of the world’s largest organizations including AT&T, FedEx, GE, IBM and Microsoft. In 2012, Paul began developing a scalable, repeatable and transportable holographic display technology for live, multi-point interactive communications. Through Duffy’s patented Holographic Telepresence, such luminaries as Professor Stephen Hawking, Gary Vaynerchuk, Larry King and many notable personalities have disrupted time and geography to appear as live holograms around the world to thousands of people. In 2018, Paul joined NexTech AR Solutions Corp. as President & Chairman of the Board leading the team on an ambitious journey to play a significant role in global adoption of Augmented Reality – which Paul believes will become the next new mass medium.

Prof Kishore MahbubaniDistinguished Fellow, Asia Research Institute, National University of Singapore
Kishore Mahbubani has dedicated five decades of his life to public service. In his 33 years as a Singapore diplomat, Kishore took on many challenging assignments, serving for example in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, in 1973/74 during the war. He also served two stints as Singapore’s Ambassador to the UN (1984-1989 and 1998-2004). He also held the position of Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from 1994 to 1998. He was also conferred the Public Administration Medal (Gold) by the Singaporean Government in 1998. Kishore had an equally illustrious career in academia. He was appointed the Founding Dean of the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy in August 2004. Despite his heavy administrative duties, Kishore proved to be a prolific author. He has published eight books, including Can Asians Think? and Has China Won?. Kishore has received global recognition for his intellectual contributions, having been listed several times in the list of top global thinkers by Foreign Policy and Prospect Magazines. The citation for the US Foreign Policy Association Medal he received in June 2004 said: “a gifted diplomat, a student of history and philosophy, a provocative writer and an intuitive thinker.” Kishore has held positions in several globally significant committees. He was the founding chairman of the nominating committee of the Lee Kuan Yew World City Prize (2009 to 2019). He has participated in the annual meetings of the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos twenty times, serving also in several WEF committees. In April 2019, he was the second Singaporean to be elected as an honorary international member of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, which has honoured distinguished thinkers, including several of America’s Founding Fathers, since 1780.
