His 36 years of experience takes him from his Software Engineer beginning, through his Marketing leadership in companies like IBM, Red Hat, Microsoft and other global leaders, to his market development role is Sun Microsystems where he helped it achieved the first MSC status company as well as contributing to building the foundation of Malaysia’s Multimedia Super Corridor and now helping start-up and scale-out companies on Digital Transformation and Marketing through his role as Managing Consultant of Omni Integra. Daniel is also serving organisations like Smart Cities Network, MAD Academy, OpenGov Asia as well as Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

    Daniel is a ‘Start With WHY’ creative and innovative leader who is keen to explore
    aspects of improving a nation’s and a company’s end-in-mind in achieving the best

    Dr Norsaidatul Akmar Binti Mazelan is the Founder & currently the Secretary-General of Sustainable Business Network Association Malaysia (SustNET). Through SustNET, Dr Norsaidatul has developed & launched Corporate Social Reponsibility (CSR) programs to promote ethical behaviour in the sustainable growth and prosperity of small-medium industries (SMIs) and small-medium enterprise (SMEs). As a Certified Green Project Manager, Dr Norsaidatul support sustainability development programs for Schools, Universities, Companies, Organisations, Foundations and Government. Dr Norsaidatul is well recognised in her endeavors and speak at many Forums and Conferences on Sustainability Programs. Presently, Dr Norsaidatul is the CEO of Think Plus Group of Companies, which focus on human resource consultancy, talent management, manpower recruitment, skills and competency development, project implementation and international trade business. The company engaged with businesses involved in Oil and Gas, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Telecommunication, IT Services, Hospitality and International Trade.

    Executive Director, Institute of Materials Research and Engineering, A*STAR

    Prof Xian Jun Loh completed his basic and postgraduate studies at the National University of Singapore. A polymer chemist by training, he is currently the Executive Director of the Institute of Materials Research and Engineering (IMRE), A*STAR. As a pioneer and recognized global expert in the area of biodegradable thermogels, he is highly knowledgeable in developing these materials for various applications spanning biomedical, engineering, cosmetics, personal care and food. His scientific contributions have earned him the position of Fellowship in Fitzwiliam College in the University of Cambridge, Fellowship in the Royal Society of Chemistry, Fellowship in IOM3 – The Institute of Materials, Minerals & Mining and Fellowship of the Institution of Engineering and Technology. He is also awarded the Highly Cited Researcher Award by Clarivate Analytics. He is also the current Vice President and member of the Executive Committee of the Singapore National Institute of Chemistry. With his extensive experience in authoring >250 journal papers, 38 patents and know-hows, more than 30 book chapters and 7 books, he currently sits on several editorial boards of international journals as an expert in his area. He has also successfully helped in the commercialization of 8 different products and is always interested in the translation of science to products.

    In his role, Terence Teo manages the Pointnext and Greenlake Sales team in Singapore. He also drives the GreenLake business. He is also managing relationship with clients, partners and distribution from a Services perspective. He works as a HPE advocate to the Clients with regards to the market shift in Consumption and also Digital Transformation. He is also an advocate for the clients to HPE as he will help to customer achieve their business goals with the right solution from HPE.

    Terence has been in the industry for 15+ years holding various positions from Delivery to Presales to Sales and also in Management in Singapore.

    Terence holds a degree in Computer Science from University of Wales and a Diploma in Electronic, Computer and Communications from Singapore Polytechnic.

    Executive Director, Sustainable Finance Group, Global Corporate Bank, OCBC

    Yoonmee joined OCBC’s newly established Sustainable Finance team in January 2019 to develop the bank’s sustainable finance business for its corporate clients. In 2020 alone, OCBC completed more than 30 sustainable finance transactions while acting as a sustainability coordinator.

    Prior to joining OCBC, Yoonmee was part of the Sustainable Finance team at BNP Paribas Global Markets, based in Hong Kong, where she coordinated the launch of the Sustainable Finance Programme for Corporate and Institutional clients and advised several inaugural sustainability bond issuances. Having worked in Seoul, Hong Kong, Paris and Singapore, Yoonmee has around 20 years of diverse business development and product marketing experiences in the finance industry.

    She is a CFA charter holder and has an MBA from HEC Paris. She recently completed her master’s degree at the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership.
