    A powerful business driver whose entrepreneurial instincts and clarity of vision has carried multiple companies through rapid and continuous growth, Benjamin Wong is the Co founder and CEO of TranSwap Private Limited. He oversees the day-to-day business operations, as well as the company’s strategic direction and business development. Prior to TranSwap, Benjamin was a professional accountant before he moved into the corporate world and held senior management positions. His previous roles include Chief Financial Officer (Head of Planning and Finance) and Global Director in the shipping and pharmaceutical industry. Under his thought leadership, coupled with extensive industry knowledge and a well rounded business perspective, Benjamin has successfully launched start-ups and grown them into corporate businesses. Benjamin graduated from the Imperial College of London with a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) and a Diploma of Imperial College (DIC) in Management.

    Dave leads the building and operations of the company, both locally and overseas. With his past management experience in various government agencies and companies, he is in charge of designing the process flow within the company, and collaborates with local partners to ensure seamless operations within the company.
    Dave specialises in materials science and environmental technology. An advocate of eco-living and reducing our carbon footprints, he attended a tiny house building workshop in Australia to learn about the traditional timber structure building.
    He also conducts his study on using recyclable building materials and designing modular building structures to reduce waste.

    President, SWAT Mobility

    Grace Ho, President at SWAT Mobility (SWAT), is responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion and developing talent & capabilities in the Singapore headquartered start-up. She leads alongside the co-founders to execute on the firm’s vision to improve the way people commute, improve their quality of life and contribute to positive social impact. Her role also involves forging strong partnerships to scale SWAT’s differentiated mobility tech offerings in transportation and into other verticals. In SWAT’s recent fund-raising efforts, Grace was instrumental in helping secure a successful round of funding from a range of investors to support SWAT’s growth agenda and expansion plans. Grace has more than 20 years of international experience in the Technology sector, having helmed leadership roles in technology heavyweights like Microsoft, Motorola Solutions, SAP and IBM. Her Enterprise and IT experience spans across a variety of roles in business development, sales, marketing, product management and business strategy. Having worked and managed teams in global and field roles, Grace has a well-rounded view of business operations, structuring go-to-market (GTM) and implementing appropriate performance-rewards plans to drive team alignment and motivation.

    Rhonda Wong is the co-founder of Ohmyhome and serves as the Chief Executive Officer. Rhonda’s wealth of experience in the business and the real-estate sector has helped her drive the company to become Singapore’s first one-stop property solution. The platform officially launched in September 2016, and quickly emerged as Singapore’s #1 HDB app in January 2017. Responsible for the overall management of Ohmyhome and driving its growth, Rhonda’s many accomplishments include leading the company to become one of the best start-ups of 2017. Her mission is to simplify housing transactions and provide an enhanced home search experience that saves time and money.

    Rhonda is a founding member of the inaugural Singapore PropTech Association which aims to innovate the traditional real estate industry. Her astute business acumen and passion for property make Rhonda a sought-after mentor at entrepreneurial and Proptech events, and she is often invited to speak at schools and business leadership seminars. Most recently, she clinched the Women of the Future South-East Asia Award 2020 for Property, Infrastructure and Construction Category and the RICS Awards 2020 Southeast Asia’s Women of the Built Environment Award. In 2019, Rhonda is the Founder of The Year at 2019 Singapore Rice Bowl Startup Awards. In March 2017, Rhonda was recognized as Women Icon at the Inaugural Women Icons Summit & Awards.

    Terence Oh is the Director of Dealing (Asia) for Western Union Business Solutions. Terence has worked in financial services for more than 20 years. He has held a variety of senior roles, including a stint in New York as Global Head of FX Prime Brokerage and Clearing for UBS Investment Bank. His role at Western Union Business Solutions is focused on setting and executing the Go to Market Strategy with Core customers by creating a richer value proposition to support their international business growth aspirations. He leads regional CRM, Key Account, and Digital RM teams which serve customers wishing to execute trades and make payments, and which strive to establish commercial, long-term relationships with customers. Terence has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Information Systems.
