    Hendrick Ho is experienced with national-level and cross-border social media marketing campaigns, using both English and Chinese marketing platforms such as Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, WeChat, Weibo, Baidu and Douyin. He has successfully partnered clients of all sizes (from SMEs to MNCs) to gain entry and expand into the China market using Digital Marketing Tools such as WeChat, Weibo, Baidu, Douyin, 小红书 etc. Hendrick has more than 20 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. Along with project and event management, Hendrick is also known for his ability to create innovative technology-based products and systems. He was previously in a MNC where he set up Business-to-Business online platforms, and customised solutions for consumer products and services. He was also leading a team in a Statutory Board to develop strategic social media products and national programmes in the Health and Wellness sector.

    Hendrick has a deep passion to help people, especially the underprivileged, to empower them to fulfil their potential and spur them towards self-sufficiency and better employment. His experience includes founding a social enterprise to alleviate poverty in Asian developing countries through arts and its creative form, and mentoring in local non-profit organisations.

    Jackson Ng has been a Programmer, Marketer and Technopreneur in the fields of Technology and Information Systems. His passion for writing software and sharing the knowledge brought him into education so that he may inspire people young and old to write codes and build projects that will help us all work, play and live better. Jackson is currently Head of Digital Business Transformation Centre (DBTC) at the School of Business in Temasek Polytechnic where he leads a team of staff and students to implement digital solutions in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Analytics and Blockchain for industry partners. Jackson has a Master of IT in Business from Singapore Management University, Bachelor of Computing from National University of Singapore and a Diploma in Computer Information Systems from Singapore Polytechnic.
