Registration

We welcome all SME Business Owners, Industry and C-suite leaders to register for this event! 

Please note that minors below the age of 18 are not eligible to attend.

Access to both online and physical formats is complimentary.

Please note that prior registration is required and non-registered participants may be turned away. 

There is no limit on the number of attendees per company if the programme is relevant to the employees, and seats for the Opening Day on 13 September 2022 are still available.

Upon successful registration, registrants will receive an acknowledgement email. The official confirmation email with access links will be sent to you from 30 August 2022 onwards.

Kindly check your email inbox/junk mailbox. Should you not receive any, please contact the Secretariat (smeicc@sccci.org.sg) with the email subject: Status of My Registration.

Sharing conference passes is not permitted. If you would like to appoint someone to take your place at the event, they will need to register themselves via our website before the event. 

SCCCI strongly encourages participation at all sessions if your schedule permits. However, it is not compulsory.

Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis and will close by 6 September 2022 or when all seats have been filled up.

ATTENDING THE EVENT IN-PERSON

Upon registration, you will receive an automated confirmation email with a unique QR Code. To help us facilitate a smoother check-in experience for you, please present the confirmation email with the QR code to our staff onsite.

Don’t hesitate to contact the Secretariat (smeicc@sccci.org.sg) if you have not received the email within three working days before the event.

Your health, safety and well-being remain our top priority. In compliance with the latest Revised Safe Management Measures, access to the physical Conference is open only to: 

  • Participants who have received the confirmation email from the Secretariat (smeicc@sccci.org.sg). Last-minute walk-ins will not be allowed to enter.
  • Fully vaccinated individuals. If otherwise, you can still catch the event online.

Joining the event ONLINE

You can expect to receive the access link to SMEICC 2022 Event Platform sent to your registered email address closer to the event date. With the information provided in the email, please use the Browser to access the Virtual Platform.

Don’t hesitate to contact the Secretariat (smeicc@sccci.org.sg) if you have not received the email within three working days before the event.

 

As each Login ID admits only one login on a single device, you will not be able to stream the virtual sessions simultaneously on your laptop/tablet and mobile phone. 

Simply re-join using the details in your confirmation email.

We strongly encourage using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browsers for the best experience. In addition, you may opt to include an earpiece for a better audio experience.

Troubleshooting Checklist

Follow the steps below to ensure that your device’s audio functions are working properly.

Step 1: Check that your Desktop/ Mobile Device’s speakers are not muted
Step 2: When prompted to join using ‘Internet Audio’, please accept the option
Step 3: Conduct an Audio Test by selecting the “Speaker/Microphone Audio Test” option

The session you have selected may not have gone ‘live’ yet. Sessions will start promptly at the scheduled time. Re-join the session if the issue persists.

Unless otherwise indicated, all online participants will be muted upon joining the event. Speaking rights are controlled by the Host and allocated to Panelists to ensure minimal disruption for a better viewing experience.

All online participants will have their video cameras ‘switched off’ upon joining the event unless otherwise indicated. Presenter rights are controlled by the Host and allocated only to Panelists to ensure minimal disruption for a better viewing experience.

Please use the ‘Q&A’ feature to post your question. If you have a question for a specific panelist, please indicate “@Panellist Name: Question”.

For App User:

There will be a badge (red icon) indicator on the specific features, when not in full screen mode. The indicator will be present for any new messages.

For Desktop User:

On the side bar you will see both the Chat and Q&A functions where applicable. Simply expand the corresponding function to view more.

General

Please keep a lookout for the follow-up emails from us. Where possible, we will send a summary of the webinar together with the collaterals which may include presentation slides and recordings.

You may submit your feedback via the feedback widget in each session.

Sharing of attendee pass is not permitted. All visitors must be in proper office attire. Minors below the age of 18 will not be permitted entry. The organiser SCCCI reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit or deny access to the conference to any entity or individual.
