The Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SCCCI) has been closely monitoring the development of the COVID-19 pandemic in Singapore and globally since its outbreak. The prolonged pandemic’s profound impacts on our economy and community have brought much anxiety, uncertainty and disruption to all levels of business and life, with much adjustments required to meet these new challenges. With Singapore’s Safe Distancing Measures placing restrictions on large-scale events, the organisers of the Annual SME Conference, Infocomm Commerce Conference and SME Expo (SMEICC) have decided to present SMEICC Conference Series 2021 as a hybrid experience this year. The team remains committed to work with you to achieve your participation outcomes in midst of the evolving pandemic situation. About Registration

All SME Business Owners, Industry Leaders and C-suite are welcome to register for this event. Minors below the age of 18 are not eligible to attend.

The event is complimentary to attend. However,  prior registration is required. 

There is currently no limit on the number of attendees per company as long as the programme is relevant to the employees, and seats are still available. 

Upon successful registration, registrants will receive an acknowledgement email. The official confirmation email with access links will be sent to you from 10 September 2021 onwards.

Kindly check your indicated email inbox / junk mailbox. Should you not received any, please contact the Secretariat ( with the email subject: Status of My Registration.

Sharing of conference passes is not permitted. The replacement will need to register via our website before the event. 

SCCCI strongly encourages participation over 3 days if your schedule permits. However, it is not compulsory. 

Registration will close by 13 September 2021 or when all seats are filled, whichever is earlier. 

The programme schedule, speakers’ bio and exhibition details are available on our website.

Joining the event

Upon registration, an automated confirmation email will be sent to you with the following details:

  • Access Link to SMEICC 2021 Event Platform
  • Your Registered Login Email Address
  • Login Password

With the information provided in the email, please use the App or the Browser to access Zoom. Please contact the Secretariat ( if you have not received the email within 3 working days before the event.


Each Login ID will only allow 1 login on a single device. Thus, you will be unable to use it on both your laptop/tablet and your mobile phone at the same time.

This is to ensure adequate slots are available in the Webinar/ Meeting for other participants.

Simply re-join using the details in your confirmation email.

We strongly encourage you to use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browsers for the best experience. You may like to use an earpiece with a connected microphone.

Audio/ Visual Help

Follow the steps below to ensure that your device’s audio functions are working properly.

Step 1: Check that your Desktop/ Mobile Device’s speakers are not muted
Step 2: When prompted to join using ‘Internet Audio’, please accept the option
Step 3: Conduct an Audio Test by selecting the “Speaker/Microphone Audio Test” option

The session you have selected may not be ‘live’ yet. Sessions will start promptly at the scheduled time. Re-join the session if the issue persists.

Speaking rights are controlled by the Host and allocated only to Panelists or Attendees upon their speaking turns to prevent disruption. By default, all Attendees will be on Mute upon joining the event, unless otherwise indicated.

Presenter rights are controlled by the Host and allocated only to Panelists upon their presenting turns to prevent disruption. By default, all Attendees will have their video cameras ‘switched off’ upon joining the event, unless otherwise indicated.


Please use the ‘Chat’ feature.

Please use the ‘Q&A’ feature to post your question. If you have a question for a specific panelist, please indicate “@Panellist Name: Question”.

For App User:

There will be a badge (red icon) indicator on the specific features, when not in full screen mode. The indicator will be present for any new messages.

For Desktop User:

On the side bar you will see both the Chat and Q&A functions where applicable. Simply expand the corresponding function to view more.

Due to time constraints, we may not be able to answer all questions. Please send your questions to the Event Organiser indicated in your confirmation email. The relevant officers will get in touch with you as soon as possible.


Please keep a lookout for the follow-up emails from us. Where possible, we will send a summary of the webinar together with the collaterals which may include presentation slides and recordings.

Sharing of attendee pass is not permitted. All visitors must be in proper office attire. Minors below the age of 18 will not be permitted entry. The organiser SCCCI reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit or deny access to the conference to any entity or individual.
