    Chan Kong Hoe is the Managing Director of Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Singapore. In his current role, Kong Hoe is responsible for driving profitability and operational excellence by delivering on HPE’s strategy pivoting to an edge-to-cloud platform-as-a-service company. Kong Hoe leads a strong team to strengthen relationships with key customers and partners to drive HPE’s thought leadership as a digital transformation frontrunner. In his previous role as the General Manager of Industry Solutions & Innovation Center for HPE APAC, he was driving new growth initiatives to build and drive solution ecosystem portfolio across Financial Services, Communication Media & Entertainment, Manufacturing and Public Sector. Kong Hoe has over 27 years of regional business & leadership experience in the info-communication industry. Kong Hoe has championed customer innovations and steered strategic partner engagements. He has extensive functional experience in sales management, business development and project management. He previously held various leadership positions at Oracle, Sun Microsystems, Deloitte Consulting and IBM.

    Daniel Ng is a pioneer in the ICT industry and Marketing discipline. His 36 years of experience takes him from his Software Engineer beginning, through his Marketing leadership in companies like IBM, Red Hat, Microsoft and other global leaders, to his market development role is Sun Microsystems where he helped it achieved the first MSC status company as well as contributing to building the foundation of Malaysia’s Multimedia Super Corridor and now helping start-up and scale-out companies on Digital Transformation and Marketing through his role as Managing Consultant of Omni Integra. Daniel is also serving organisations like Smart Cities Network, MAD Academy, OpenGov Asia as well as Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

    Dr Norsaidatul Akmar Binti Mazelan is the Founder & currently the Secretary-General of Sustainable Business Network Association Malaysia (SustNET). Through SustNET, Dr Norsaidatul has developed & launched Corporate Social Reponsibility (CSR) programs to promote ethical behaviour in the sustainable growth and prosperity of small-medium industries (SMIs) and small-medium enterprise (SMEs). As a Certified Green Project Manager, Dr Norsaidatul support sustainability development programs for Schools, Universities, Companies, Organisations, Foundations and Government. Dr Norsaidatul is well recognised in her endeavors and speak at many Forums and Conferences on Sustainability Programs. Presently, Dr Norsaidatul is the CEO of Think Plus Group of Companies, which focus on human resource consultancy, talent management, manpower recruitment, skills and competency development, project implementation and international trade business. The company engaged with businesses involved in Oil and Gas, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Telecommunication, IT Services, Hospitality and International Trade.

    Executive Director, Sustainability in Global Commercial Banking, Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited

    Leslie is the Executive Director of Sustainability in Global Commercial Banking in OCBC where he has responsibility for the development and implementation of Sustainable strategies and solutions for SMEs. Prior to his OCBC role, Leslie held senior Sustainability linked positions with the non-profit organisation, Singapore Environment Council (SEC) as well as a consumer goods manufacturing company where he has more than 18 years’ experience managing manufacturing operations across 15 manufacturing facilities in Malaysia, Cambodia, China, Vietnam and Jordan. Leslie also had a short stint as an entrepreneur; he founded an IT consulting firm before it was eventually acquired.

    Some of his success include conversion of recycled PET bottles to polyester garments for the Premier League and Olympics, creating a closed loop system for recycled industrial wastewater in textile mills and establishing Science Based targets to reduce carbon footprint across production processes. In recognition of Leslie’s Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) credentials, he was appointed by a Fortune 100 company to sit on their Sustainability Council to address and mitigate suppliers’ challenges on attracting and retaining workforce of the future. Together with his classmates in Cambridge University, Leslie had recently published a chapter in a research journal on “barriers to implementing sustainability experienced by middle managers in the fast-moving consumer goods and retail sector”.

    Prof Xian Jun Loh completed his basic and postgraduate studies at the National University of Singapore. A polymer chemist by training, he is currently the Executive Director of the Institute of Materials Research and Engineering (IMRE), A*STAR. As a pioneer and recognized global expert in the area of biodegradable thermogels, he is highly knowledgeable in developing these materials for various applications spanning biomedical, engineering, cosmetics, personal care and food. His scientific contributions have earned him the position of Fellowship in Fitzwiliam College in the University of Cambridge, Fellowship in the Royal Society of Chemistry, Fellowship in IOM3 – The Institute of Materials, Minerals & Mining and Fellowship of the Institution of Engineering and Technology. He is also awarded the Highly Cited Researcher Award by Clarivate Analytics. He is also the current Vice President and member of the Executive Committee of the Singapore National Institute of Chemistry. With his extensive experience in authoring >250 journal papers, 38 patents and know-hows, more than 30 book chapters and 7 books, he currently sits on several editorial boards of international journals as an expert in his area. He has also successfully helped in the commercialization of 8 different products and is always interested in the translation of science to products.
